Managing Director and founder of the business, Matt Long grew up in Monmouth and together with his wife Jenny runs Chapel Trees and prides himself on offering a professional, yet personal services for customers across Monmouthshire.

As an approved Arboricultural contractor for Monmouthshire Council and Natural Resources Wales, we already work on many sites across the county including the iconic Wye Valley an area of outstanding natural beauty. As well as the tree care services we will also take care of any planning restrictions, such as carrying out tree work in Monmouthshire’s conservation area or where Tree Preservations Orders are in place or felling licences are required. We will also undertake a rigorous risk and environmental assessment of the work required, considering any wildlife habitats and restrictions such as bird nesting season or if protected species are present on site.
