Our Tree Experts
All staff are required to have all the relevant practical qualifications to allow them to effectively and safely carry out tree work operations. We also require more in-depth level First Aid training aimed at Arborists (EFAW + F) and the aerial rescue qualification and we support staff to continue to attend training courses to develop their skills. The team are all hard workers who enjoy what they do and bring a wealth of experience, skill and enthusiasm to our company.

Our staff are our greatest asset and they are all hard workers who enjoy what they do and bring a wealth of experience, skill and enthusiasm to our company. Keeping them safe is of paramount importance to us, so as well as all the relevant practical qualifications to allow them to effectively and safely carry out tree work operations, they also have to hold the more in-depth level First Aid training aimed at Arborists (EFAW + F) and an aerial rescue qualification. We also support staff to continue to attend training courses to develop their skills and run in-house training days to practice rescues and develop climbing techniques.
